I love working with females who are struggling to shift weight or getting motivated to exercise, or individuals looking to throw some heavy weight around. I also specialize in improving shoulder stability, especially working on the rotator cuff.

After returning to study and working as a CrossFit coach I found my passion in helping people improve their lifestyle, not only through fitness, but also through nutrition. Having worked with a wide range of individuals I have learnt a lot about how people move differently and that there is not a “one size fits all” approach to training. However, with the right guidance and support I know that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals.

I also specialize in improving shoulder stability, especially working on the rotator cuff. Outside of the gym I love getting out for a run, cycle, or a walk with my dog

Mark is an experienced fitness professional with a passion for helping people make positive changes to their lifestyles and achieve their goals. He believes everyone can enjoy a balanced lifestyle and knows with the right motivation, advice and encouragement individuals can realize their full health and movement potential. As a coach Mark is very focused on helping people simply move better and tailoring plans to cater for individual needs.

Away from the gym he is obsessed with sports, enjoys the outdoors and has a love for food. After working in the fitness industry for 8 years Mark established MBMovement to provide coaching to those that desire to move their bodies the way it was designed to move. Mark offers a range of training options to cater to your individual needs, plus the support, motivation, and knowledge to empower you to achieve long term results.
